I’m back on my iPhone and I love it. The 3rd party apps via installer.app are awesome and it’s cool to never miss a call, even when working out. The one accessory that I haven’t been totally satisfied with, though, is a case for the iPhone. I want a case that keeps the device as “naked” as possible while protecting it. Also, I require a holster because I usually wear shorts with no pockets and I need a belt clip for my workouts. Last week, I may have found that case I’ve been looking for. It is the Contour Showcase. It features great protection for the iPhone while keeping the streamline look of it. Take a look at the pics below:
One pic I forgot to take was that of the holster. The holster is made of the same durable material as the case, but has one flaw. In my opinion, there is no way of knowing if the case is seated properly into the holster i.e. clicking noise or snap. There have been a couple times that I thought it was secured but wasn’t. Luckily, there was no drop. Speaking of that, the belt clip itself doesn’t have a secure hook to keep it locked onto your belt or waistband. I wish they would have improved these 2 specs.
I really think this is a great accessory for the iPhone all-around with the caveat of making sure your device is securely in the holster and attached to your belt or, in my case, soccer shorts.
